Northern California had the highest reported spot power price at $36.45/MWh.

The Southwest had the lowest spot power price at $17.03/MWh.

Southern California had the nation’s highest spark spread at $17.11/MWh.     

Regional spot natural gas prices ranged from $2.10/mmBtu in New York City to $2.93/mmBtu in Northern California.

Nymex energy futures prices for December delivery of natural gas and coal were listed at $(NA)/mmBtu and $(NA)/ton respectively.
